Mobile Services
Mobile Services take place either on campus (in a non-DE-equipped facility), or off campus.
- Minimum rate: 1 hour.
- Billed in 30-minute increments.
- Remote mobile setup: No additional charge within a 20 mile radius of campus. 21+ miles from campus, Lehigh’s standard mileage rate will apply.

**Web Conferencing: Use of web-based conferencing software for transmitting audio, video and computer graphics generated from any equipped location to remote participants allowing for 2-way interaction including text chat, two-way audio and/or two-way video.
Studio Services
Studio Services take place in an on-campus, DE-equipped studio facility with full technical support.
- Minimum rate: 1 hour.
- Billed in 30-minute increments.
